With a somewhat surreal ideal, considering the resources available at the time, Kelly wanted to create a place where everyone could feel confident and at their best. A place where people's beauty could be enhanced, not transformed, with perfection on every level and unique to each individual.

 

 

At the age of 24, Kelly decided to open EsthétiK in the south-west of Montreal, an area that was still largely undeveloped at the time. With just one employee, no cash register, inventory or even accounting system, no business experience, no real business plan or even market research. Very far from perfection, but with great determination and the belief that it was possible to create something so rare, a place bringing together quality, expertise as well as exemplary customer service, Kelly opened the clinic's doors in November 2018. A place where everyone can belong, be guided and safe. A place that puts beauty first, beauty that is intimately linked to the human potential of each individual.
